Mulled Wine

The spicy aroma of this holiday classic will permeate the whole house, leaving guests with that warm & fuzzy Christmas feeling!

2 litres of a good burgundy wine
1 tangerine orange
16 to 20 whole cloves
3 or 4 cinnamon sticks (more for garnish)
1/3 to 1/2 cups liquid honey

1. Slice orange into 4 or 5 sections. Embed 3 or 4 cloves in each section
2. Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Put on low heat, do not let simmer only steam. You may have to turn off burner and remove pot from element to prevent this.
3. This will take approximately 2 hours, Once the aroma has hit the whole house you're done!!!
